Hi! I’m Caitlin.

I started Neon Marsh Marketing because I believe small-to-midsize businesses deserve enterprise-level strategy without the corporate fluff and price tag. I’ve worked with enough agencies throughout my career to know a “one-size-fits-all” approach doesn’t work.

My background isn’t typical. I spent years in marketing leadership roles—managing multi-million dollar ad budgets, architecting complex data systems, and leading high-performing teams for major brands. I know exactly how the big players scale, capture data, and dominate markets. I’ve worked across e-commerce, health and wellness products, professional services, higher education and marketplaces. My philosophy has always been that foundational principles apply to all industries, regardless of the size or shape of the brand.

I’m a graphic designer by trade with a Master’s in Graphic Communications from NYU. To me, a spreadsheet is only half the battle. True marketing magic happens at the intersection of sharp, analytical data and bold, unforgettable creative execution.

I’m originally from New York and more recently spent 10 years in Texas. I traded in my cowboy boots (not really, I still wear them) for sandals in Savannah, bringing a bit of northern grit and fast-paced strategy to the South. I don’t do predictable clichés; I do smart, flexible, and tailored marketing systems (big or small) that actually move the needle for your business.

Whether you need to find more customers, figure out “what’s working”, or completely revitalize your brand's visuals, I provide the flexible, high-impact strategy you need to win. Let’s connect and ditch the boring marketing.

When I’m not changing lives through marketing, you can usually find me exploring the Starland and Waters Ave areas or eating something delicious in downtown Savannah. I live with my husband, Joshua, our three dogs—Hardy, Frankie, and Jax—and a black cat named Waits who scares us all just a little bit. On the weekends, I’m usually reading a book at Tybee or grabbing a cold beer at a dive bar.
